Opentec exhibiting at MilCIS 2009:

MilCIS is the Australian Defence Forces leading computer, communications and information systems professionals and suppliers. This year, Opentec is exhibiting an integrated suite of 'Military Rugged' (Super Rugged) communications, LAN and biometrics solutions.

In conjunction with teaming partner MicroSecure Corporation of Victoria, and with support from Sony Australia, European Antennas and several other integration partners, highlights of our show will include:

  • a fully integrated, ADF-approved suite of FIPS 140, Type 1 and Suite compliant Computer & Communications platforms called MS4
  • Australia's most compact, most rugged and most comprehensive LAN-In-A-Box solution, comprising 'militry rugged' LAN servers, monitors, keyboards, copper and fibre switches, routers, RAID storage, UPS and peripheral integration hubs (the 'Openfire 19/2 System')
  • Australia's most compact, most rugged and most advanced handheld biometrics solutions (DuoMetrics & TrioMetrics)

Running from Tuesday November 10th to Thursday November 12th, MilCIS is being held at the Canberra Exhibition Centre.
