Overview

DuoMetrics isn't merely a rugged PDA with an integrated high resolution digital camera for taking mugshots, and a full fingerprint imaging system that will do both live fingerprint scans or scan latent fingerprints.

It's a complete biometrics data gathering, communications and verification platform that can operate as a stand alone biometrics gathering and verification system, or as part of an integrated security solution.

Available as hardware-only platform (for use with third-party supplied biometrics software), or supplied with our 'Law Enforcement' or 'Warfighter' series data collection and verification software (developed in conjunction with a leading US software house), DuoMetrics delivers a solution that is both physically robust AND highly flexible and adaptable.

Designed with security, police, customs or defence personnel in mind, it's compact and lightweight, allowing it to be hand or belt carried for hours on end, something few other hardware platforms allow. With a 4" LCD (the largest of any Military or Industrial Rugged PDA), yet weighing less than 600 grams, it delivers exceptional durability, long field operation times, and amazing flexibility.

Based on our RPDA 6, it can be either belt-mounted or carried in a custom wrist pouch. Best of all, because it's based on an open standards platform, it will support any Mobile 6 or CE.net 5 OS application (CE.net required if our own software supplied)
